Same Mold as 'Puma Concolor' Figure
I was very disappointed when I discovered this 'jaguar' was just a repainted version of Safari Ltd's earlier 'Puma concolor' figure (a beautiful likeness that I highly recommend). Cougars and jaguars have very different body proportions--jaguars are much stockier, with shorter legs and tails and robust, square heads. To see these differences disregarded on such a high-end figure was a sad surprise from a company I have long admired for their quality, accuracy, and detail.
