These filters are expensive, but they are OEM from the manufacturer and not knock offs.

The filter pack arrived as expected. It included appropriate instructions and was not difficult to use although this is the first time we have replaced a filter on our new coffee maker. Amazon met all my expectations for this purchase.

Pricing seemed too high for a single filter and fair enough for a two-pack, but the listing title is mostly - but not definitively clear. Plus, there is only one filter shown in picture. So. I bought these mid-Dec 2020 from Amazon direct. A 2-pack of DeLonghi filters arrived. If this helps you clarify a lingering concern of does this listing include 1 or 2 filters, it is two. My job here is done. Merry Christmas.

After ordering these over and over for our DeLonghi, I have to say this product does everything it needs to. I have not had an issue with any of the Water Filters for the last 4 years.

This product is recommended by DeLonghi for my espresso maker, and although it’s is a bit more expensive than the after-market ones, I don’t want to chance something going wrong with the machine in the future, and find my warranty void due to using a no-name filter. Unlikely perhaps, but I spent a ton on my espresso maker and won’t cut corners here.

Purchased after returning a couple of knock-off filters. Please use original filters… you spent good money for great coffee at home and so you should protect your investment. Prompt delivery and works like it should, no cranky noises coming from machine or ugly tasting coffee for you no more! 😘

Our water's pretty hard here--as evidenced by the limescale buildup my husband is constantly fighting on our Drinkwell Pet Fountain (another great product, BTW)--so having plenty of these filters on hand for use in our stupidly expensive Delonghi automatic coffee machine that gets above average use is a must to keeping it working properly and smoothly. The hub actually wants me to order more than two at time, and trust me, that is NOT something he says often . . . at least not to me, anyway! Thanks for sending them quickly and well-packaged so that they made it intact and ready to use!

These are the ones made by Delonghi for Delonghi. I like them. I switch them out every second or third time I have to descale the espresso maker. The Espresso always tastes good.
