Aryan Bitter Gourd (Karela) Juice 1L

We didn't believe in all this hippy junk BUT my partner was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and given weeks to live in early 2018. Our friend turned up with this stuff (we had never heard of it) and was adamant it would help his immune system. Roll on a year after aggressive chemo & radio - and a daily dose of this - and the tumours had really sruck right back and are still that size 3 years on (Drs totally amazed). Clearly the chemo & radio did the hard work - but we all feel this just gave his body that extra something to fight it all and cope with it all. My partner would be the last person on earth I would expect to still drink this 3 years later but he does (it tastes awful - he puts in in a dissolvable multi vit tablet and throws the lot back quickly). Please don't think it is a replacement for conventional medicine - it just helped along side it.

I use this in addition to my metformin medication and for me makes a definite difference in my sugar levels. I have maintained normal levels dropping from 144 to 47 in 6 months and positive this has assisted as I have been able to drop off the amount of metformin I take. Amazing stuff. This supplier is reasonably priced and very quick to dispatch always on time.

karela ( bitter gourd) is a powerful bitter vegetable , so expected this to be the same with a strong bitter kick . But , was pleasantly surprised - not an overpowering flavour with a palatable bitter kick. I liked it!

Recommended to me as one of several dietary supplements I take in an attempt to keep raised blood pressure under control. It's hard to tell whether it works, but I use it in good faith. Sadly it comes at seriously inflated prices, so whenever I can afford it, I buy it on the basis of "you get what you pay for"!

This prodcut was recommended by a friend who discoverd that she was diabetic and felt that it played a significant part in reducing her blood sugar levels. After two months of taking it twice daily, my own blood sugar has redcued slightly but below the 48 reading -diabetics will understand the signficiance of that reading. Be warned it tastes vile but is easily disguised with a fruit juice top up.

Tasted bad, & I had a stomach discomfort after trying this,-so I gave up on it!

Alright once you get used to the taste and last time I had my check up at the doctor's snd they checked my cholestral it had gone down to 4 whereas before I started drinking this is was 7. I#m not saying it is all down this Karela juice but I do feel better since taking it and not so bloated so maybe it is that or a mixture of the juice and low fat meals I cook from scratch who know's but I now keep a regular supply of this juice.
