Liquid Calcium with Magnesium Softgels, 1000 mg, 180 Count

An excellent compound of easily digestible calcium and magnesium. Though the capsule is large I find it easy to swallow, which was an issue with other good calcium supplements. I assume the ease of swallowing is due to the slippery soft gel. I tried a liquid calcium popular here on Amazon and was taken aback by it's awful sweetness and then read the label citing the sugars therein. Though it was a double pack, I poured it down the drain. I appreciate the other reviews here, which helped me make my choice.

I would consider looking into healing your gut, and make sure that you are taking a product like magnesium glycinate. Magnesium keeps the calcium dissolved so that the calcium can enter your bones. Without sufficient magnesium, any calcium will line the inside if your arteries leading to high blood pressure and heart disease. Do your research, speak to a nutritionist, and always ask your doctor's opinion. He/she knows your medical history.
