Not a great product - there is a fundamental design flaw. There is an extra wire which does not go anywhere and is left exposed. It is electric. Gets rained on. Taken on moisture and rust which destroys the entire camera. you need to cover this wire with electric tape really tightly or else your camera will also fail.

I bought this camera in the first week of installing havey rain got damp in the camera lens should have been out door water proff good service not happy with camera got my full refund

Couldn't get it to work with my NVR. After searching numerous forums & then a phone call to technical support we concluded that the camera isn't compatible with my NVR. We believed it will only work with Swann NVR. Camera is an I.P camera. I found out the ip address of the camera but couldn't get the nvr to talk to the camera. Iam returning for a refund. WOULD HAVE HELP IF COMPATIBILITY INFO WAS ON HERE.

The mobile app required is terrible! Unstable and inconsistent! Cannot rely upon it for live monitoring of the cameras. It's important that potential purchasers know how bad it is. Perhaps, reputation and falling sales will encourage the company to to do something about it!
