Amazing light for the price
The media could not be loaded. I have had this headlight system, which I use as a dental hygienist on my magnified loupes, for nine months now and probably would never have posted a review, but I just upgraded loupes and light to an Orascoptic package that retails for over $3000 and I am astonished at how comparable this light is to the one I just received.In the video posted this one has the slightly square outline and the Orascoptic is the circular. As you can see both are very bright. There is a slight color difference to the light but nothing drastic. The edges on this light are not as crisp as the other one but since I am generally working in the center of my field division this has never been an issue.Installation was easy on my flip-ups. Just make sure you buy the right attachment style for the kind of glasses you have and youβll be good to go.The battery seems to last between four and six hours and starts to dim a little bit toward the end but probably only the last 20 to 30 minutes before it dies.I would absolutely recommend this product to somebody looking to save money on lighting options. There is nothing significantly inferior with this product compared to my brand name one that would justify a $1000 difference in price.

Only worked for 5 weeks
Worked well for 5 weeks then stopped completely. Right past the return window of course

Great for RDHs who cant use loupes!
Great little light with a lot of power.However, the battery life leaves much to be desired, and the supply cord gets damaged easily. Very light weight though!

Was great til it wasnβt. Stopped working after a couple of months . The connection to the power source developed a short.

Loupe light and battery
I was extremely happy and surprise that this light and battery worked so well with my very expensive orascoptic loupes! I am a Dental Hygienist and need a light to work. Love it!

Not great
It worked great for the first 3 months. Then the charger stopped charging. The the charge did not last all day. I would charge it on my lunch hour. I know it was inexpensive but I had hoped for better.

Very comparable to professional dental/medical loop light for a fraction of price.
Recommend to all hygienists.

Battery is crap
The light itself is fine. I have been using the battery and light for only two months and the battery no longer works. It says itβs fully charged but when plugged in to the headlight it does not work. Battery lasting for only 2 months come on thatβs ridiculous!!!!
