I used a used a harbor freight 3 stone hone and ran that dry to remove as much material as I could and remove the deep score marks and ridge. I then ordered this BRM 105mm 240 grit hone and ran it with penetrating oil to get my final finish. I am more than pleased by the result! I would highly recommend to any DIY engine builder! This is by far the best finish I have ever seen from a power drill hone job!!!

I used it on a rebuild of a FE350 Kawasaki engine. That is in my 1995 club car carry all six. I also bought the hone oil that they recommend. Worked great no complaints.
