Bought as a gift so not sure. It looked as though it attached on the handle of the pram

Q: Do nappies fit in the front pockets?

Yes, fits but not much, anyway bag is good quality and inside has enough space to fit lot of things. I am happy to buy and I can recommend to buy. But different person thought also very.

Q: Is it big enough for 2 babies belongings?

I suppose it depends how much you pack for 2 babies. I'd say it could hold a spare outfit each, 4 or 5 nappies each and definitely holds several bottles. One pack of wipes would be enough for 2 babies too surely unless one has extra sensitive skin

Q: Is this bag waterproof?

It’s water resistant, I.e. it would not let rain drops for example, get in.
