Hasbro Transformers Movie Deluxe Payload Armored Truck

My nephew is autistic and he love to put together Transformers together. He is very particular about the ones he wants and he wanted this one. He loved putting it together and playing it with the Transformer. I recommend this toy.

Delivered on time. However it's not the highest quality transformer.

The single biggest problem with Payload is its durableness. Right out of the package the grill falls off the armored car. This has to be repeatedly put back on and due to the play features of the toy gluing it on permantely might result in loss of special features, particularly the "capture claw" in the robot's toroso.The robot mode itself is also plagued with similar problems. The head, neck, and upper chest are all one unit that has been poorly attached to the rest of the robot and fall off quite easily. The same problem affects the capture claw play feature. The panels holding the claw arms in place pop off if they touch anything at all and then you waste time trying to carefully reposition the claw arms so their gearing meshes properly.Transformation sequence is a little on the difficult side. My five year old cannot get the legs transformed without my help.It was a great concept but a poor execution. Hasbro can and has done much better. My recommendation would be to go get a different figure unless you're buying in bulk for a diorama and can get this one really cheap.

Complicated but worth it.

Payload is my least favorite Transformer that I have. I still like him and enjoy playing with him, but he just does not live up to some of the more awesome ones (like Swindle). Multiple parts of his body come off extremely easily, including his head, chest piece, and front gate on vehicle mode(which also has to be removed to Transform into robot, and I lost on the first day I got it).I do not think this transformer is really worth the money if you are going to give it to a young child, and it will break the moment they open the box. But a collector will surely enjoy it.

While he looks good as a robot (love the single eye), he is a loose limbed Transformer that does not pose very well as all. I also do not like the claw, which I did not notice when purchasing, that has the control sticking way out in the back.This guy ended up in the "kids can play with this one" box.
