Q: What parts need to be printed to use these with the lack table?

I can tell you which one it won't work with (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3485510) It was too short, i needed something taller. This is the link to the build that will work with this Plexiglass: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118

Q: The listing states it has magnets with it but The one i ordered did not and neither did the replacement set. Why arent there any magnets?

When did you purchase your sets? We recently added the magnets to the sets.

Q: Are these exactly 3 mm tick or 1/8 inches (3.175 mm)? Already ordered but need to know exact thickness.

I bought them a few weeks ago and the sheets came in at 2.82mm thick, but worked on for building the enclosure (I did need a spot of glue to attach one of the handles)

Q: Will this support the MMU2 upgrade as well, as far as fitting in the chamber?

No. Please purchase the V2 version which is also available on Amazon. It is designed to work with the MMU2.
