I tried some of the competitors, and they didn't even dissolve well in cold water. This stuff does (though it is even easier to just mix it with a small amount of warm water, and then add the right amount of cold). But most importantly, it has very good milk flavor, no real off-notes that I can detect. The long shelf-life is a huge plus, and saves me the effort of freezing milk for storage, which is a pain to thaw.

During pandemic I needed so.e pwdered milk for my bread machine. None found anywhere. This was all there was. Tastes better than other brands ive used. (I always mix and taste a small glass first) It is an excellent product and now my go to for dry milk.

Very good dry milk. I got some cans of this mostly for use when I run out of fresh milk. Yes, to be honest, I have found myself udderly unprepared at times. The taste of the milk when cold, was not as bad as I expected it to be, still it is not quite the same as fresh milk, but I think one could get used to it should they want to drink it. I have used it mostly in recipes calling for milk. Nothing butter than sharing a few a few milk jokes, but it's time to moove along.

Received product that was already almost a year old. Reduces the recommended 2 year shelf life in half.

Great product. Ideal for backpacking, camping, or running out of milk. It mixes great in hot or cold water. Put it in cereal and you can have half and half.

I received two cans from Simply Beautiful supplier on March 16, 2022. The cans expire in September 2022. So, with a two year shelf life, I only get five and a half months of highest freshness. I didn't intend to use the milk right away, but would have liked the option of storing it much longer. Oh, and one of the cans had a big dent.

When converted to whole milk, it tastes much better and more natural than Peak's unsweetened condensed milk converted to whole milk. The dry milk also has twice as much protein per dollar compared to sweetened/unsweetened condensed milk.A hint: try mixing dry milk powder with sweetened condensed milk, making the latter less sweet and richer.

Tasks like real milk but doesn't take refrigerator shelf space.
