Easy to use and clean
As expected very good. The pond water is now much cleaner. As I am now happy! So are the fish!!There are also good online videos on how to clean it and duration of clean.

Great Pump for Garden Waterfall Feature
The first one that arrived was damaged but I called the company and they were excellent. They sent a replacement out the same day before I had returned the faulty one. Very impressed with customer service. Pump was very quick and easy to install and works a dream in our garden waterfall water feature.

Upgrade from the smaller model and the difference is huge. Brilliantly clear water, fountain attachment working wonderfully now with the new pump. Thank you.Very easy to install, almost straight out the box, wel designed and robust manufacture

No plug provided, no spout either!
Be aware that you need to buy and connect a plug. Also it does not include the upright spout, connector or funnel top!

One year on and still good
Bought and installed a year ago, I have 2 waterfalls and a waterwheel running off it without issue, pumps in the middle of the pond and waterfalls are at opposite ends. Each around 5 metres from the pump and the one that goes over the wheel first lifts to around 3ft from water level.It needed a few filter changes at first as expected, once it cleared the pond its cleaned every 3-4 months but I could probably wait longer.The bulb has just blown but that may have been my fault on cleaning filter.Overall I'm very happy with the Oase 3000 and would recommend it.
