Q: Anyone know at what angle I should be sharpening these knives? 15 or 20* per side?

Wusthof knives are 14 degrees per side.

Q: Is the case usable for storage?

I put the case with the knives in the kitchen drawer and used it for a long time. Eventually the plastic case split in places and I got rid of it. I keep some in a block and some in a plastic sleeve now. I don't think the sleeves come with the 4 set. Good luck with them, they are fabulous knives and I love them.

Q: Description says "full tang" but knife shown on website APPEARS not to be. Are the Gourmet steak knives full tang or not?

Yes & they are the lightest, thinnest, & sharpest set of steak knives I have ever bough!

Q: Do they have serrated blades?

Yes, they serrated utility gourmet 4 1/2 inch knives as well.
