It's draws on effortlessly. But is a bit smudgy in hot weather. But smudges wipe right off. Overall I like it because it applies quickly. Perfect pigment. Long lasting. Easy to sharpen.

I use it as a lipliner and it’s still good. Works really well and easy to use. It’s also very pigmented.

For a dollar, I didn't expect much but L.A. Colors makes some very good cosmetics that are quite cheap so I gave this a shot. This eyeliner isn't one of them although it is not awful either. It applies well. It's very dark which I like. The issue is that it fades after a few hours and is almost gone after a full day or night. When I first apply it, it looks good. If I could have that look for even six or seven hours, I would be elated but I notice fading after about three hours. I rarely touch up eyeliner but have when using this one. It's not a favorite but fine for short stints so I am home before it starts to fade too much.

I have purchased the LA Colors in the past & really like them. The price is a great feature. The pencil goes on smoothly & stays on until I take it off. I will buy more in the future. Thanks for a great product.

I have been diagnosed with dry eye syndrome and have tried all the top of the line eyeliners....This eyeliner is truly the only one that not only feels comfortable but doesn’t seem to smudge during the day and even during my work outs!! I mostly use it on my waterline and a bit at the corners of my eye.It seems like the Cosmic Black color is discontinued but thankfully I have stocked up! I haven’t tried the other available colors.
