Yes the Lammes Pralines sold by Texas Treats are as fresh as ordering directly from Lammes. We pick up directly at Lammes distribution center allowing us to get the very same batch of products as if ordering directly from Lammes. The shelf life is 12 months.

Hi VR, According to the FAQ section of Lammes Candies' website, they stated, "DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN GLUTEN? At the present time, none of the items we sell online contain wheat. However, many of our products contain soy, which is often processed on the same equipment as wheat. Our products also share equipment with products that contain wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts." Are these individually wrapped?

The 16 oz. is not individually wrapped, I do sell individually wrapped pralines. 1 oz. each.

Are these as good as the ones Neiman Marcus sells?

I haven’t tasted those that NM sells, but can tell you that these are very good. They taste fresh and have a good flavor. I live in Texas and have pecan orchards so have high standards for the quality of the nuts. Everything about these pralines is good. Hope this helps.
