With this hydration treatment merchine you don't want to over flow with water, make sure you drain it from the side , before putting more water in it, pull the black rubber piece off put container under for the water, make sure the clear plastic tube it's empty as well, this is very important , because if you try to drain while it's hot you will burn yourself, another important information if you don't drain before hand you can burn your client, hot water will over flow in the inside

I’ve purchased this product twice, because it broke down the first time. I had used for about 5 months the first time so I didn’t think too much of it. This time I purchased the item with insurance (because I knew the product wasn’t durable at all) and when I tried to get a replacement after TWO MONTHS of use both the insurance company and the original seller of the product said they couldn’t do anything for me. Spend your money elsewhere, the product leaks and stops working randomly

I have used steamers like this in the salon for years to speed up color processing times. Once you figure out all the quirks of making it work it is very easy. They do get temperamental if you don’t use it correctly. There aren’t many instructions included but I have found- do not fill the water tank full with water. Probably even less than half.-when it has water in it, don’t move it around a lot or the water will spill from inside the unit.- if the internal leaking does occur, drain all water and let dry out before refilling.The wheels could be a little more sturdy. I have replaced my wheels with better ones from the hardware store.

The steamer works well. It took quite a long time for the machine to produce steam. It is built well and is easily adjustable. I am returning it because the hood has missing pieces where the screws are. I only used it one time and when I was done I noticed the plastic dome shield was completely lifted up. I am beyond disappointed.Update 2/28/21 In order for the item to be returned I have to pay for shipping. At this time I cannot afford the cost. The seller offered me a partial refund of twenty dollars for the inconvenienceUpdate: 3/2025 The steamer stopped working 😩

When I first ordered this steamer, I received one that came on for five minutes, and that was it. I contacted the seller and they responded right away and sent me a replacement that same week (they didn't make me return the defective one since the costs to ship it out of the country was outrageous)! Since receiving the new one, I haven't had any problems and my hair truly looks amazing (no longer frizzes even with the awful humidity in the south). My hair is also shinier and has more volume, so overall, I'm glad I purchased it...even with the initial problem. The seller's customer service was excellent and I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again in the future. My only suggestion would be to send more clear instructions, but it was easy to assemble, once my husband assisted me!

I bought this professional hair steamer is for home use, easy to install, easy to move, the texture is very good, the fog is fast , after finishing the hair feels smooth and smooth a lot , like going to the barber shop, but also save money.

More steam should come out than what does. Over all its ok for now.
