It's well.into the jeep but the opening is just a bit small for the stereo.

This item was perfect. fits 2006 Jeep Liberty exactly and looks great.

It works. I had an issue with fitting around the face of my stereo that I cannot say is the fault of the faceplate - it could be that my aftermarket stereo is just a tad large, not sure which. I ended up having to dremel and then sand away plastic from around the inside of the faceplate to get it to fit. You need the metal clips from your old plate in order to mount this. The clips line up great. There is no drilled hole for the screw down by the 12v plug. The plug is also on the opposite side. You will not be able to use the rubber mat from the origional with this as the bottum tray area is not wide enough. My vehicle is a 2006 jeep liberty.

Great fit. Looks like a factory product. Was able to put a double din radio in while keeping a clean look.

fit my 05 just fine even with the cigarette lighter location changing. Required minimal trimming of the double din hole to fit my stereo. No big deal. I have no advice on how to remove the cigarette lighter from the original face plate without destroying it.

Fits well in my 2005 Jeep Liberty CRD. Will need to paint to match my Limited package. No problem with the accessory outlet moving from the right to the left side. Only downside is without the screwhole in the storage compartment, it seems like it will come off too easy. I might try to find the screwhole and drill through it.
