This vendor seems to think he can change the color of the tape by assigning it a new number. This "pink" tape is actually purple, as can clearly be seen from the manufacturer's codes and UPC number -- I returned this once for the wrong color, and they did exactly the same thing a second time. Purple is actually too dark for the function I need it for. And they want me to go through the hassle of returning it. Again. This is way too annoying for a low cost item.

I was so looking forward to receiving and putting to good use this sheer highlighter tape for my cross stitch patterns! What a colossal disappointment! For one thing, the roll of tape was put on backwards, so that where you can - (on a normal roll!) - stick it to the lip, this is upside down and there’s no doing that. Additionally, it must be very old tape, as it breaks off at will, where normally, it would not. Going to get a refund now. Back to the post-it.

As stated by most of the other reviews, this is a great product for crafters, particularly those who enjoy needlepoint, cross stitch and bead weaving, and use patterns. The tape works really well as a pattern guide; you can place it under the row you're working on which will help you keep on track with your stitching, but you can still see the other rows beneath the one you're working on. The tape can easily be lifted and repositioned. If you've never used this for patterns, it's definitely worth trying!

If you need to keep your place when knitting, typing, graphing, etc, this re-useable tape will really help you. I use it for keeping track of almost any chart, but find it particularly helpful with my crafts, specifically, knitting crocheting and beading. The tape will eventually lose it's "stickiness" and need to be replaced, but the ability to "move" the highlighted section makes it well worth it. It's much easier to use than row counters, and/or devices that let you move your place down the page. It's easy to carry with your work in that it weights almost nothing and doesn't tend to get stuck on anything except where you want it stuck. It's a crafter's "friend" and time saver.

This actually has so many uses it is amazing. It lifts off the printed page very well, leaving no marks and residue. The color is a light purple, easy to read through. I actually use it to mark the charted lines in my craft patterns and it works wonderful for that purpose.

Such a great tool for crafters. Counted Cross stitchers and knitters will love using this to keep track of where they are in the pattern.

I am a knitter. This tape allowed me to keep my place on a chart. I could see through it so I could tell what row I had completed. It moves easily. After several removals and restickings, I would replace it as it tends to collect paper fragments, which is normal.

I bought a roll of this tape in order to keep track of my progress in knitting charts. It sticks very well and is easy to lift up and move row by row to mark my place. The translucence also means that if I need to check the previous row's instructions I don't need to remove the tape to see it. I've been using the one roll for a couple of years now and nervously looking to see how much is left.I would recommend that all yarn shops should carry this product in their accessories dept. I will definitely be buying more of this as needed.

I used this for highlighting the tenor part in an SATB musical score. It is ideal for this purpose.

I used it to underline my knitting pattern.

I was expecting more for my money.Same product sold with six rolls of tape from American suppliers at less cost (including postage) than charged by this supplier for one roll.Also, one roll of tape that could have been sent ordinary mail and consequently delivered earlier.
