I love the Ventures series and online website which students and teachers can use for further work and suggestions. It has a very balanced approach to speaking, reading, writing, conversation, grammar and the teacher's book has suggestions for activities. I was allowed to chose the textbooks for my church based ESL program, and I chose the Ventures series.
