I bought a bottle and put it on this morning. The fumes are super strong and you must have a lot of ventilation. Smells STRONG of formaldehyde. You will have to wash your hair after processing because of the horrible odor. The shine and straightening worked very well. I will purchase a more natural product next time due to the dangers of formaldehyde in this product. Labeling is unclear, but no doubt it contains this cancer causing ingredient.
