Love this TV stand. I was looking for a stand with a metal base and this was it. Nice and sturdy all metal, with plenty of screws and washers for all TV types. You can adjust the height and it swivels so thats a plus. The instructions are a bit unusual (i.e. all pictures) but if you take your time you can put it together without issue. Saw a similar one at Walmart for twice the price so this is a great value.

This stand is very sturdy. I was looking for a solid metal base TV stand being afraid of the ones which list a glass base. This one really fits the bill and looks great. The instructions are diagrams vs the written word but not hard to follow at all. The package(s) of screws and various pieces are easy to identify and small items are clearly labeled "A", "B", "C", etc. One reviewer noted that the top bracket needs to be really tight to avoid a bit of TV tilt and having followed that advice I made sure all connection points were indeed tight. The only snag I ran into was mounting the rails on the back of my new TV. The TCL 55" 55S535 television listed M6 x 20mm screws required for the VESA mount and the stand did not include that length of screw. I made a quick trip to the hardware store and easily found what I needed. However, when I unboxed my new television TCL had thoughtfully included those screwed into the VESA mounting positions on the back of the television. (So the extra screws were not needed after all.) Otherwise this universal mount comes with all kinds of extra screws and spacers of different TV mounting options.My only suggestion for other buyers ....... measure the width of your VESA mounts and use some painters tape to mark the stand each side from center. (To help line up the rails so you are perfectly centered on the stand and not trying to guess while you and a friend are holding a fairly heavy expensive new television.) This is not a fault of the stand as it has to fit all different VESA mount positions being universal.I would purchase this stand again without hesitation.

After putting it together and mounting my 55" TV, I have total confidence in this stand. It is very rugged with a HEAVY base. The TV rotates smoothly with only a light push. Assembling the stand potion was straight-forward. However, attaching the bracket to the TV was a bit intimidating. Lots of parts and instructions for all types of TV configurations. Unfortunately, none of the suggested bracket and bolt configurations really matched my Hisense TV, so I had to mix and match some of the rubber spacers to get the bracket attached.We first tried to assemble everything on our console table and after dropping tools, bolts, and whatever and sharing some curse words, we decided to throw a thick comforter on our kitchen table, laid the TV screen down on top, and secured the bracket and rubber spaces to the back of the TV. We then mounted the TV on the stand on the same table and carried it to its final location. Thought some of you might find this suggestion helpful.

The main reason for ordering this over other comparable TV stands was that this one was the only one I could find that came with a heavy wooden base. After reading a number reviews of the ones with tempered glass bases shattering, and having had good long-term success with another brand that I had purchased from Amazon with a similar wooden base (it was no longer available on Amazon and I could not find it anywhere), I settled on this one even though I did not actually need the swiveling capability for my use case. The parts were very well finished and the black coating/paint appeared to be very durable. Again, I felt more confident in a wooden base that would not potentially shatter and this was the only one I could find on Amazon. The design of this base is also very nice with a single pedestal arm for a nice clean look. Unfortunately, prior to assembling the stand, I noted that due to the swivel mount, this stand was only rated to 55 lbs. Since my tv was 48 lbs, I decided to return this stand since I wanted to make sure that the specs far exceeded any expected load. This was obviously no fault of the stand as it appeared to be of very nice quality but was more an oversight on my part (I was looking at so many options that I must have mis-recalled the specs when ordering. The stand itself gets 5 stars.

Assembly was fairly easy , the picture looks confusing but don’t over think it. You absolutely can’t tighten the screws without placing the Allen wrench inside the screw. It’s worth the money and works well in my space.

Very sturdy all metal stand. It has a decent range of height adjustments and a swivel feature. Holds a 43" TV with ease, and includes plenty of hardware to mount different types of TVs.I chose this one because it is all metal instead of having glass parts like some of the other brands.

This stand, supposedly "universal," does not fit one the most widely sold TV's - a Samsung 40-inch model. In addition to the uprights rising above the frame of the television, creating a really ugly look, neither of the bolts supplied fit the Samsung TV. Rather than go buy the proper bolts somewhere else and live with the ugly look, I returned it in favor of something that fit properly.
