Worked through 600 feet of trees.
I put a solar powered security camera at the end of my 600 foot driveway because of deliveries being stolen and dumping. It was too far for the omni antenna, so i replaced it with this YAGI antenna. It’s trees and brush in between. It works well enough for the camera to send a live feed to my phone, push clips to the cloud, and send alerts.

Poor build quality and wrong coax??
As others mention, the directors are all haphazardly cut at different lengths and riveted not precisely at all. The trash 3C-2V 75 coax that is used isn't even matched for the 50 ohm input on most wifi cards, leading to even greater power loss. Not to mention 3C-2V is completely unsuitable for microwave. the active element is an abomination too, poorly crimped.the impedance is not well matched to a 50 ohm input of my vector network analyzer and it just wanders around the 50 ohm target testing from 2400MHz to 2700MHz since I had intended to use this one for picking up n41 LTE/NR-NSA band for a mobile internet router. I think I'll be returning this junk. Found another similar antenna with a short length of 50 ohm coax and a type N, with what appears to be much better build quality for literally a few dollars more.

Shoddy construction. Elements are unaligned.
I have not tried this for it's intended purpose yet, but it is visually apparent that the elements of the antenna are asymmetrical, constructed quite cheaply. If you wanted to build your own, well, it's at least a model of what not to do.

Why does a 50 ohm antenna have a 75 ohm cable attached?

16 element antenna can only give up to 12dbi.
Still not a bad value since 10' SMI cable ready for most routers is already attached ($10 value)
