I love this product, definitely got my body feeling better after a hard hike and a day of working out. Would highly recommend trying, the lemonade flavor is the best as well. Love it all around

I start every morning with this now. Completely replaced coffee and energy drinks for me. Taste great, mixes well, gives me just the boost I need and with the added bonus of muscle recovery!

I am a fan. I have ordered this one a few times and the results have been very positive. It helps me get those few extra reps in when working on power. Certainly worth a try.

My usual go to flavor is fruit punch. I wanted to try something new. This was my first time trying a lemonade flavored bcaa/amino. It blended easily, and wasn't overly sweet or fake tasting. I bought this to use as my intra, and it didn't disappoint. Had a great workout session with this delicious lemonade flavored, thirst quenching amino. It helped me power through my workout session, with energy to spare afterwards.

Best part is the consistency and TASTE. Dissolves immediately! Yay! Pumped up my workouts while getting my BCAAs. Will continue to buy and use. Do not over use.. only one scoop within a 24 hr period per the label.

The flavor is great and the product itself is amazing. I've tried different ones this is the best.

energy and pump is mediocre. recovery and soreness prevention seems effective, i wasnt sore much the next day after session , and the day after, i was pretty much recovered and lifted again.however, im not sure if its because my body got used to it from previous session and didnt get as sore after this session.
