Solid design
The top screws off-and-on in a very solid manner. The plastic construction is ideal for coastal waters. The mesh container will get that bait scent all through the water. And it's big enough to stuff a lot of bait into.

This item is so poorly constructed it broke on the first use. I would never recommend it to anyone

Worked as expected
So far so good. It has worked as expected. Only minor issue that might arise is from plastic clip but has held up so far.

Crabs rip these to pieces on the first drop. Useless. A waste of money.
Dungeness and Red Rock crabs have absolutely no problem ripping these open and tearing them to pieces. In the very first crab-pot drop three of these (in three separate pots) were torn open and destroyed. The crabs also are able to remove the tops. While they seem strong, they are simply inadequate for Dungeness and Red Rock crabbing. Look at the photos...this is from a single 3 hour pot drop.

Junk
Fell apart first time out real junk! Fixed with Shoe Goo! Have other ones for 10 years or more and have no problems with them but I don't remember the brand. It shows rivets in the pics but mine doesn't have them. Would probably last longer with them!
