Fantastic for my 1:12 scale dollhouse!
These work perfectly for my 1:12 scale dollhouse! The areas I needed them in: lamps and overhanging lighting... so amazing so far. Just what I needed to the addition. This set comes with 3 battery boxes, each to hold (not included) 2 AA batteries, and 6 each of the bulbs. The light is a warm-white. These may be a little bright and shaped too wide for 1:12 scale chandeliers.... for that, I would use lower wattage LEDs... But what a gorgeous affect. All needs are relative but as a miniaturist, these worked great. Nice and bright! All worked perfectly well with no issues. I'd definitely recommend.

READ: Everything you need to know about wiring this kit
Each battery pack takes 2 AAA batteries (not 3 like the description photo says) and outputs 3 volts total. White LEDs like this have a forward voltage of at least 3 volts. What this means here is you CANNOT wire these in series on a single pack, as in daisy-chaining one after the other, since there will not be enough voltage after the first LED. The LEDs would look super dim or not produce light at all.Unless you use a larger power source, you MUST wire to each pack in parallel, meaning all off-white wires to red and all white wires to black. Yes, it is hard to tell which is white versus off-white, but there is a difference (known as 'polarity') and you cannot just guess. You can wire all six LEDs to a single pack if you like, they'll be just as bright but the batteries will drain faster. No resistors are necessary since each LED will consume >3 volts in parallel. You may have noticed another kit by this seller. The only difference (besides price) is the other kit has battery covers with screws, whereas the covers in this kit slide off with light pressure. The packs' 6 volts are not enough to cause injury by touch, so which kit you get is a matter of preference. Once you're done, make sure to cover your wire connections with tape so they don't cross. Good luck!

The Wiring Is Different From Many Others I Have Done
I have wired many lights for the use in book nooks and miniature houses. With every set that I have done the white wire always goes to the red wire on the battery pack and the grey wire always goes to the black one. These are reversed. Once I swapped them around, the lights worked.

Excellent lights for miniature work
This is my review of Flever’s Miniature LED lights. This is my second set of these lights, and they are used to illuminate small bookshelf dioramas I build. You get three battery packs that require two AA batteries each (not included) and 6 LED lights with 12-inch (30cm) cables. The battery packs have red/black cables with a length of 6.5 inches (16.5cm).These lights are quite bright, and I have had no problems with any of them. In one diorama I built, I wired all six lights into a single battery pack, and they worked fine. The battery packs do not work with a remote control or a timer. They have a simple on/off switch, and when turned on will stay on until the batteries extinguish, or you turn them off.I find them to be of excellent quality, and will be ordering more in the future.

Worked fine
I’m changing my review. I almost threw mine away until I realized that for me, the instructional video was telling me to put the wrong wires together. If I remember correctly, the video was telling me to put the red with white in the black with gray. Which didn’t work for any of mine. So then I put black with white and red with gray and it worked perfectly fine. So I wouldn’t follow the instructional video. Just try both ways before you decide to trash it.

This product does not work correctly at all
They were miniature lights and I wanted to use them on a building that I was making and none of the lights work and there is current coming out of the battery box

Perfect
Exactly what i was needing. Perfect for dollhouses or booknooks. Bright but not too bright. Sturdy like what comes with the book nooks. Super cute and best bang for your buck.
