I liked it. Baked cookies tht needed dusted with powdered sugar before serving for the famous Pittsburgh Cookie table at my cousin’s wedding in Lancaster. I usually don’t dust them until I’m ready to serve them. .Since I’m from western PA and the wedding was In Eastern PA, and I wanted them ready for the cookie table, I wanted them dusted upon advance, all 10 dozen of them. I was afraid after I took them out of the freezer and traveled all that way the powdered sugar would get “wet”. Asked fellow bakers and they recommended this product. Baked them, dusted and froze them and they were perfect at the wedding. I would definitely recommend this product..

I used this between the cocoa and whipped cream on the top of my tiramisu. I needed the cocoa to not be absorbed by the whipped cream and mascarpone so this did the trick.

I use for top on fresh strawberry it melt I feel disappointed and I hope they will improve the product if they saw our feedback.

Need the nonmelting powdered sugar for holiday baking, and ordered it in mid-November. Kept getting "your order is arriving late" messages although I unsuccessfully tried to cancel the order after waiting for a month. Will never order anything from "Ultimate Baker" again.Edited to say that after it finally arrived I was able to use it once. Because of other reviews claiming that this product has an "off" taste, before I used it I tested it along with 4 other friends. We all agreed that it really doesn't have much of a taste at all, not at all sweet like powdered sugar, but it ended up lasting for days when sifted on top of a gingerbread cake. So I have edited the product from 1 star to 4, and will keep it instead of returning. But because of the long (unexpected, unexplained) lead time, and because it arrived too late for what I ordered it for, I will not order anything again from "Ultimate Baker".

I used this dusting sugar many times over the holidays. The cookies and cakes were well dressed and stayed that way! A great find.

I though that the taste and ability to stay on desserts could have been a bit better... wasn’t bad just could have been a better flavor , didn’t stay fresh looking on the desserts as I expected...

Best ever for dusting baked goods, with no melting what so ever. Highly recommend

It works perfectly when you want icing (powdered/confectioners) sugar to stay on your baked goods. It's not as sweet, and has no discernable taste.
