Write speed is not very fast
I am a regular customer who buys these flash drives for my clients, to give them photo and video materials. The quality is great, the design is stylish, but the write speed is not very fast. Overall, considering the affordable price, I'm completely satisfied with these flash drives. Over 3 years, none of my clients have reported that they stopped working.

Reliable and transfer fast
I was very impressed with the customer support department as they responded to my email in a timely manner including working with Amazon to refund me for 1 of the 10 flash drives. This is the first and only time I had a problem with a Enfain flash drive. I have continued to order Enfrain flash drives because they are very dependable and reliable. I used the Enfrain flash drives to transfer music from cd ‘s and my computer to play in the car! I’m glad I have another option to listen to my favorite music.

Mostly good
I used six of the flash drives in the last package with no problems, but one of the next ones did not work at all and my computer wouldn't recognize it as being installed. I had to throw one out. In the past month I've had to order and use four packages of these drives. Most have worked just fine. One package was never received so I had to cancel that order. So, overall, good product and service, but not perfect.
