Sharwoods Mild Curry Powder 102g

im experimenting with the strength , this had great flavour but i think i need the medium one. Great curry mix

Delicious powder to add to a curry! Not spicy but nice flavour.

I don't have the experience to say how "authentic" this is, but it's way better than any premix you can buy at a grocery store. I keep a mild and a hot stocked at all times, then use whatever proportion I feel like that day.

I like Sharwood’s Curry very much. My sister uses it to make chicken curry.

When I opened it to smell it, I thought it smelled really bad. There is a spice in there (not sure what it is), that I dislike the smell of. Wasn't sure if it would be good to cook with but I took a chance and it's great! It adds a really good depth of flavor to indian dishes (even if I think it smells gross).

O wow. I used to be able to buy this at my neighborhood Safeway. It has been gone for YEARS. Finally, I looked online. It is very expensive but since the taste is so far superior to any other bottled curry powder I've ever tasted in my entire taste bud experience, it is worth it to me. I use it sparingly and lovingly (and adoringly).
