Defective Nilkamal item with cracks delivered. Amazon is replacing only one chair instead of two.
Bought a set of 2 Nilkamal chairs from Amazon Vendor is EZ RETAIL.DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. Both chairs Handrest and Back rest has visible cracks. Looks as if previously damaged item has been shipped after using feviglue to paste it back. Photos attached. Have asked for replacement. Replacement approved as of now. However as replacement Amazon is only sending one chair as seen in order summary of replacement order instead of two chairs which needs to be replaced. Will post further updates once replacement arrives.Poor quality. Good comfort. Nice design. Low sturdiness. Scratch resistance poor.

Very comfortable and sturdy. good for the terrace with its varying weather.only one problem: the picture showed a vent on the seat so that accumulated rain water can drain. however the producer recorded has no such vent.still overall great value for money
