Good but take precaution if you allergic or running nose problem
Yah it's working if use empty stomach in morning but after using long than 2 month it will creates running nose problem earlier it was not with me but first time I used this for blood sugar and after 2 month of uses it's created running nose problem which is still with me even I tried several allopathy medicine but running nose is still with me
