GLXGX623 Youth ATV/Dirt Bike Helmet Combo - Matte Black, Large - DOT

I got this for my 8 year old son who is riding an electric motorcycle. I bought three other helmets and returned them before purchasing this one. I highly recommend it.The other three were all too big, I kept returning them in exchange for a smaller size that never actually seemed any smaller when they arrived. We started at a large (per the sizing instructions) and ended up with a small and I'm not sure if there was any difference between any of them other than the size sticker that was stuck on it. As an adult male I could still wear the small.Then I changed brands and bought this helmet and it was a night and day difference. This helmet actually ran true to the size chart and seemed like better quality as well.My only disappointment is that two of the three screws that hold the sun visor on, have come loose and fallen out even though I had the relatively tight.I'm still very pleased with this helmet. My 8 year old always wants to wear the gloves too and they always wear the goggles since they just stay attached to the helmet.

Helmet is very nice! Goggles and gloves fit great! After reading some of the reviews I decided to order a large for my 7 year old and I’m glad I did. It’s slightly tight to get on and off but, he says it’s very comfortable and he’s able to adjust his ears and also chew gum (one of the tests they recommend) the design is very cool. It’s definitely a high quality helmet, I would just suggest you go up one size!

Originally ordered a different brand and returned it and the difference in quality is astounding. This is helmet is sturdy, well made, and will definitely protect your child's head! Size matches chart for my 9yr old.

Bought 3 of these for my 9, 6 and 4 year old. Different sizes and styles. The finish is great, they look and feel great, the fit is true to size for what they recommend. The gloves are kinda meh, but nice I guess.As others noted, and the reason for -1 star is the visor screws. I had to retighten them all and will see if they vibrate loose again. If so, will use some loctite here, but it's a silly oversight on their end.

Kinda expensive but fit my granddaughter and she likes it enough to wear it.

This was a great buy! I am very pleased! I wanted one for my granddaughter who is a toddler and rides with her dad. I thought small was the closest i would get to a good fit with her being so small. After reading reviews and small not being available I risked buying a medium. It fits perfect! A small would have been too small. She loves wearing it so I assume it is comfortable...hence 5 stars. You will not regret this purchase, it is well made, colors are vivid, goggles fit well. Not sure about gloves, I believe they are a little large, but that’s ok for down the road.
