Ekran Soft Spf 50+ Silicone Sunscreen Gel - 50 g

I have very sensitive and highly acne prone skin and I get tanned easily. My skin doctor had recommended me this Ekran Sunscreen. I was on accutane and my face used to become red because of the treatment. Also any Doctor will recommend sunscreen while going through acne treatment.About this product, its really GOOD.I had been using Lotus gel sunscreen SPF50+++ for last 4-5 yrs since I have oily and acne prone skin. It was the only sunscreen which suited me and I would think since its gel based so it would not harm me. And also I was not willing to pay hefty amount on sunscreen.But when I was going through acne treatment, my doc recommended me this and I must say I was wise enough to go see a doc after going through years and years of shame and guilty and low confidence with face full of acne.This gel has been really helpful. I'm a working lady so I first apply my moisturing routine then this sunscreen then Lakme CC creme. It doesn't break me out. Not at all.You must use moisturiser before this since it will give you a matte effect. It control your oil production on your face. It's really effective.Size or price : I had bought this 50 g tube in Dec and its still there li'l bit of amount. You can say 50gm will last for 6-7 months. I used it on face and neck. For other body parts I used Lotus sunscreen or any body lotion with sunscreen.I will totally recommend this sunscreen. My doc has recommended me two sunscreen. Both were good. But I am more inclined towards this Ekran Soft. Both pics are attached. Both are available on Amazon.And also don't buy this from chemist, buy it from Amazon. Here you'll save some money. And if you have serious acne issues, plz don't waste your time and go see a skin doc. No home remedies or haldi Chandan will work. You must see a doc.Invest in this sunscreen and you won't regret.

So this is the 2nd time that I've purchased Ekran & I really like it. The matte finish feels soft. I've got rather oily skin so a non greasy, non comedogenic and oil free nature is what I love. I also go out for runs in the mornings, and don't feel that it wears off when I sweat.The only thing is that the image here shows an orange box, but I got a purple one? Not sure if there is really a difference between colors, but I'm happy with it because the first time I purchased Ekran was from a chemist close to my house and it was the purple one.

It used to be my go to product for going out in the sun, but regretfully not long after the orange packaging came out, the cream quality has worsened with every purchase. It's no longer a dry, non-greasy and matte look cream which it once was. Company created a brand and now it's cutting cost by producing a below par sunscreen. I have been using this product for the past 2 years and it now feels like I'm applying white oil on my face. It used to be so thick and soft in composition but now it's just a white greasy liquid smelling like some petroleum based product. Needless to say, I'm never buying it again. My patron ends here. Disappointed

It's non-greasy & blends really well once u apply on top of moisturizer. Good for dry/sensitive skin

Yeah, it is a good product protecting the skin on summer days. After using this sunscreen gel so many changes in my skin.
