Kashkaval Sheep Cheese approx. 2-2.5lb

Don't forget that you have have this cheese at room temperature, it is a big difference in taste. When cold is OK but not even half the complex cheese flavors you get when at room temperature. 1/2 hours after you take it out from the fridge may be the bottom line, however, I prefer to leave if on a covered board for one day. I you have not had it you should try it. Great cheese, not that common. I will definitively order it again
