Based on the reviews I was a little nervous about buying this item. However for my application this looks like it is going to work perfectly. I am storing small light weight parts for computer laptops & Chromebooks. This is just the right size and plenty sturdy for the load we planning to put on it. Took about 1.5 hrs for me to assemble and it was not complicated. The bins are a bit flimsy, but again our inventory is very light weight.

My rack came with the missing bins. I tried to contact the company and Amazon regarding this and received no response.I'm more than happy to change my rating if someone would at least give me an update.Regarding the product, overall construction is OK and expected for this type of product. Sturdy and strong. Bins are cheap but does it's job. The dividers provided for the bins are not designed very well which causes them to slip out of place.If it wasn't for the lack of customer service and response this would have been at least a 4 to 5 star product. Unfortunately with the missing items we lack of response from the companies, I can't bear to give it more than one star and to warn you guys.

After reading other reviews, I purchased this anyway. The plastic is thin, so you couldn't store a lot of heavy nuts and bolts in it. It isn't exactly as pictured, because you could actually add another bin to each shelf. This is perfect for me to organize makeup that I sell though. Makeup is lightweight and the extra space on each shelf gives me plenty of room to pull the bins in and out without me knocking another one off. I will be buying more to get my entire makeup collection organized!

Arrived undamaged do to good packing. Tons of nuts and bolts so leave some time for assembly. All in all nice product.

Saw some of the other reviews and just thought I'd comment on them. I bought this piece for my garage to try and get organized. I will agree with the other reviewers, the bins are a bit flimsy, but they still work fine for my purposes. If you want to use this for a large amount of nuts/bolts/heavy parts, this might not be for you. If you're looking for a well built rack for garage organization, this works good. I've been able to sort out my screws and bolts, screw drivers, tape, scissors, drill bits, etc. so that I can find everything much easier than with a toolbox. While the bins themselves are a bit flimsy, the rack is actually very sturdy. The biggest downside to this is that it takes quite awhile to put together, you have to attach around 120 nuts and bolts if I remember correctly, took me about 2 hours, but I know it's sturdy.Pro: Sturdy shelves, easy organization, tower doesn't feel like it will tiltCon: Flimsy bins, time consuming assembly.
