It works and it is a no rinse type.

It says to rinse off, but it is save to use in house, but well ventilated area.

I have 5 mini split units and to have a tech clean all would be substantial. Decided to buy this and the kit to cover the unit to clean inside coils. Tried it out on two outdoor condensers. Wow! One isn't regularly used, one is, plus there was construction work on a nearby lot that sent lots of dust, cement dust etc into the air. The regularly used unit was dirty, the other one not as much. This cleaned the coils down to original in both units! Rinsed with a hose and the amount of dirt that came out was astonishing!Suspect it will do an excellent job on indoor part of units.

I used this product 1 year after cleaning with Mr. Frost foaming cleaner and this product got the "fuzzy" Train coil significantly cleaner than the foaming cleaner. Putting this product in a pump sprayer was easier application than foaming cleaner. Following the manufacturer directions results in a very good cleaning. For the evaporator coil (no rinsing required) AC condensate went from clear to black for quite a while while the condensate rinsed away all of the dirt and grime that this stuff loosened. Cleaning my neighbor's condenser coil (professially cleaned in the spring) made a huge difference in AC cycle time.

Used to clean the coils on my motorhome A/C. Worked very well.

Using the product was fairly simple. I used a hose end sprayer which mixed the product while spraying. At the same time, the spray did a great job of cleaning the outdoor unit coils with no excess pressure which could possibly damage coils or cooling fins. This unit had been in service for approximately five years and this was the first time the coils were cleaned. Coils that appeared nearly clogged before beginning the cleaning process are now clean and clear of buildup.
