So far amazing
I have had this alarm installed for just over a week now after a break in.The system itself is very good and comes to you with all the various items already linked to the hub.The written instructions are not great. I’m still quite tech savvy but this took a lot of re-reading and trial and error.I stay away quite often and the functionality of the app is great. You can arm dis-arm etc through the app or use the remotes. The range on the remotes is good and works from way outside my house.I have used a giff gaff pay as you go sim and that all works well it texts me when alarm is activated etc as does the email setting.Phone call function from host unit is noisy and fuzzy but does work. I don’t think this affects the product for me as it’s not a function I really require but could be better. For the price it’s great and love that it’s all wireless and the alarm bell is solar powered. The only plug in item is the host keypad which also has battery backup so power cuts are not an issue. Hope this helps potential buyers

Very good product as advertised but shipping may be slow
Very good product. Everything was setup i.e. all the sensors, remote controlls and the wireless siren were connected to the main unit. Followed the instructions inserted sim card and it works as advertised. The wireless siren has anti tamper so if lifted from its base it starts alarming.Main thing to be aware is it ships as two packages and the second one took ages. However the seller is excellent at communicating and I think they would resolve any problems. To be determined how long it lasts but right now it is excellent value for money. I would recommend but bear in mind possibly long shipping times so not if you need this in a rush (mine took 1.5 months ish shipping to Cyprus).

Problem with instructions for Sim Card and control panel instruction
The basic set up was ok but the instructions for the sim card/control panel were very poor...seemed to not reflect the control panel I had. The sim card did not work correctly although it contacted the Unit from my mobile phone but then the unit passwords (nos.) were not accepted and the sim card cost a lot so I gave up. Intend using only now as a warning and using another wigi alarm to warn me of intruders instead. Would not recommend!

Excellent.
In fairness I had problems getting this up and running as although the product is supposed to come pre programmed I could not get it to connect properly. The instructions are a little vague but after contacting the supplier several times and having a number of conversations with a very helpful person called Sunny just reconnected the sensors (which wasn't difficult) and bingo it all fell into place and up and running. One thing I would say is that if you have dependable internet there is no need for a SIM card as you can operate the alarm with your mobile and get all notifications through the Tuya app. If you opt for the SIM it will cost you. We got through £10 worth of credit in about 3 weeks and the only benefit I can see is that you would be able to talk to someone robbing your home! One slight criticism is that we have the beep when armed option on so that we know the unit is definitely set or disarmed-it's just a bit loud and it would be good if there was a way to lower the volume. So, great value for the money and I hope it provides long service. Cheers Sunny! Not bad at all.

No after-sale support available
Installation manual doesn't cover troubleshooting and no way to contact Wolf-Guard for after sale support on queries - the 'contact us' link on their website doesn't work.

its just ok
bought this a few weeks ago and just figured it all out after a lot of thought. The instructions are not very clear. Its pretty much all pre-set and relatively easy to set up in the end. Just figured out how to stop the external siren annoying neighbours too. One problem is the control panel which is a bit cheap in feel and has wires hanging out of it which is an eye sore.

seWolf Guard House Alarm
This alarm is well worth the money for what you get in the kit. It is very easy to install as all the items in the pack are pre - linked to the control panel, the remote control fobs are excellent and work very well.Tip- . Set everything up on a table plug in the power supplys for the control panel and external alarm and allow to fully charge. Then it's a simple matter to set your own codes before you install the various items.I have used this alarm for a couple of months and are very pleased with it.
