This book is a great resource. I look forward to incorporating the readings into my teacher preparation courses. There was something a bit odd-chapter 4 is printed twice (once before chapter 5 and again after chapter 5); additionally, the first page or two of chapter 6 is missing. I’m not sure what happened with the printing & I wonder if this misprint occurs in all copies of the text.
