Plant-Based and Vegan Breakfast Cereal by Three Wishes - Unsweetened, 6 Pack - More Protein and Less Sugar Snack - Gluten-Free, Grain-Free - Non-GMO

I started eating this cereal for breakfast for a few months now. In my last Doctors visit I was informed that I had loss 6 pounds and the Doctor asked me what I was doing different. I informed him about this Cereal and that I was eating this for breakfast every day. It is a great tasting Cereal and filling. I sue blue berries to give it a little sweetness. I am a type 1 diabetic, and this is my go-to breakfast choice each morning. I also eat the cinnamon one as well. Great product and it works for me.

We have all the flavors and enjoy mixing them. My husband is diabetic and vegan and I’m gluten intolerant. Perfect food for both of us. We look forward to more limited flavors. Such a fun snack too!

When my son was diagnosed with Crohn's we really started looking at ingredients. All of my kids love this cereal. My son says it's the best cereal he's ever had. The adults like it too. We drizzle honey on the plain one. The strawberry and fruit one are also pretty good. I love the protein content because we are plant based.

My son recommended Three Wishes cereal to me, so I decided to get one from Amazon. The box with a pack of six arrived intact. I bought the box with zero sugar; the taste is bland, but I’m glad to find a healthy cereal for breakfast. I will recommend it to others.

I LOVE having these on hand at all times. No added sugar, and no grains! Such simple & pure ingredients. I love the flavor. They're definitely not sweetened, but you can always add some vanilla stevia or berry stevia with some berries to your cereal bowl for a nice punch of flavor. I often just put them dry in a mug to snack on while I read or work on my computer. And when I feel a headache coming on, I often snack on them; they really balance your blood sugar and ward off headaches! 10 STARS +

Formula must have changed or getting ingredients from different sources. I have been eating the Unsweetened version for a long time. But the boxes I received recently (March 2026 expiration) have a completely different texture and after taste. Guess I’ll find another brand.

I have multiple food allergies which makes it very difficult to find decent tasting food to eat. A lot of what I can't tolerate in foods is sugars. So, to find something this yummy and without any sugar or wheat, dairy, soy, etc is so awesome! I just wish it was a little cheaper because I've eaten a bowl of this cereal every day for at least a year. I highly recommend it.

It was great until they stopped shipping this via subscription and the price fluctuation was insane - anywhere from 30 to 60 dollars!!!
