I actually bought this to put in the sandbox we bought for our kiddos. I had heard that If you mix cinnamon in with the sand it keeps the ants out of the sandbox. I tried it and it worked!

I use this to lower my A1C level. Just sprinkle on fruit every morning/

This cinnamon is pretty good, but the only downside I would say is the value; it's better found at Costco at a slightly better price for what you get.

Pro: This smells and tastes great as it should. I don't use this type of cinnamon for food as I prefer the true cinnamon version. However, it is absolutely a terrific idea for deterring raccoons from digging in my large potted plants for worms! It doesn't hurt them, but they don't like the spicy hot cinnamon powder on their paws or mouth when they try to eat it. It only took one time for the four raccoons that were targeting my plants to decide there were other places to dig in.Con: None for me! Safer and doesn't harm my plants.
