Not "high flow rate"
This valve may have 3/4" DN20 fittings, but both the hot inlet and mixed outlet are about 65% blocked off by the internal body of the valve (see pics). You'll get less flow through this than a plain T of half the size. I bought this valve to put on the outlet of my water heater to allow me to turn the temperature of the heater up and then mix it back down with the valve to effectively get a greater capacity from the tank, but once I saw how much the flow would be limited I didn't even bother installing it.It'll probably function just fine if you don't need a great flow rate, but I was planning for the whole house (2.5-bath + kitchen + laundry) to run through it and there's no way it could function in that situation.

Does not come with Fittings, and cant find at supply store.
I could not find fittings to fit in order to assemble properly. I ended up using 3 threaded 1/2 inch copper fittings, that connected to 1/2 inch copper tubing, after grinding threads down to size to fit inside valve body, (I removed plastic guts out of unit before soldering,) I soldered them in. The valve worked but very temperamental. If I wasn't so late to install it I would have returned it but it was passed 30 days, so I made it work but next time I will buy a Watts or Taco with fittings and pay the extra for quality and convenience.
