Noticed a significant change in my hair. It boosted my growth and thickness. For some reason my nails keep breaking which they tend to grow and then break anyway but I have not noticed any changes with the growth of my nails or retaining the length of them. Pills are a bit large but easy to swallow

Started to take these and had great results,Skin looked amazing, nails and my hair grew in patches that was missing hair. However after a while taking the recommended dose I started to breakout in horribly BIG pimples. I don’t get pimples at all so to get very huge ones that hurt was crazy. I will continue but will lower the doses and see if this helps.

I was really skeptical of this. I am 45 and my nails have always been really thin and brittle. I started growing them out using gel nail polish to help give them strength. I had to have the polish on for them to have a chance of not breaking. I started taking these two months ago. For the past month I haven't had time to put any polish on them. They continued to break every once in a while but now they are able to stand up to typing all day in an office job. All of my nails have grown out past my finger tips. I am honestly shocked at how well this has helped my nails. My nails have gone from ones you could bend down if you pressed on the ends of them to ones that actually feel what I think healthy nails should feel like.

Pills are toooooo big! Hard to swallow

Purchased about 5 months ago and have been taking it daily. I’m almost at the end of the bottle and never noticed a difference until this month when friends and even strangers started complimenting me on my skin. They say my skin glows and is bouncy and want to know what skincare I use but I do think it’s this supplement behind it. The pill is a little large in size but you get used to it quickly. It has no weird taste or smell. Totally worth the wait!

I have used this product for two months and have lost over 30 lbs. , and my energy level has increased doubly. My skin, nails and hair have revitalized and I have internal stamina at age 70. I wish I knew about it years ago.
