Q: We're had these installed for less than 6 weeks and both have required a change both batteries once.already. Why?

I have had these in for a year and no issues with batteries, perhaps they were old stock? check the Dates on the item for product manufacture

Q: There are many different opinions on true life span for the battery. If the battery runs out will I know? Ie will it beep or something?

every 2 weeks press the test button if it doesn't peep then you will know its not rocket science

Q: What do i need to do if alarm keeps going after only 6 months.?
