Q: Bottom piece came apart two days after unboxing it.. now can only spin one way without the bottom piece coming out, any idea how to fix?

Mine is still working well and without taking it apart I do not know how to mend it. You could send it back and get it replaced.

Hello the measurements on the diagram (photo) Are 45mm diameter (wide) and 35mm high The sphere has a flat bottom so it sits on the table , cabinet or flat surface hope this helps
