I bought this for a dosa recipe and for making dishes that I would traditionally use wheat flour for. The dosa was excellent, muffins turn out well when you combine it with other flours (millet, sorghum, almond, coconut), and it can be used for quick breads with baking powder or soda (not yeast unless you add some for flavor, again combined with other flours.

Good quality product, the rice flour is very fine and easy to mix with other ingredients. It doesn’t clumps.

It’s hard to find white rice flour for gluten free baking. This product is good, not gritty. Good purchase.

This bag is grittier than the first one that I purchased so I'm not really thrilled with that and a few small black specks makes me wonder if it's bugs? Not very many not enough to throw out or return. I think next I will order Bob's Red Mill organic white rice flour.

I used these to make string hoppers and it turned out very well. It was my first making it and my mom grinds her own rice and mine turned out the same as hers so I would say this is great quality.

I’m not sure how you get rice flour wrong but they did. This rice flour has a noticing strange texture. When using it, I found it to be very crumbly and has a strange flavor. I threw it away. It does not perform like other brands and seems off. Wasteful product.
