If you've BPD...believe in yourself.... it's really treatable and manageable....this DBT book is written by its creator herself.

Excellent book for therapist
Excellent book written by the legend herself. Linehan has beautifully explained the concepts very well. Would have given a 5 star for this. But the extensive book has smaller font which made me little uncomfortable to read and had few gramattic or spelling mistakes. I don't suggest this book for beginners.

Great resource for MH practitioners, room for improvement of the text
While it really is a rich source of information and content for the practitioners, there's room for improving the way the book is structured. The index could be more organized, with page numbers. The content where there are references added from the book page numbers could be mentioned for the ease of access. And a lot many spelling errors makes it evident that it needs to be proof read and read structured.

Not for the beginners in DBT practice
A Manual intended for practicing DBT skills in groups. The book has in depth content with occasional spelling errors. The author also talks of main text which is an additional book reference, so it's obvious that you may need to buy the main text for further clarity.Sometimes it could be overwhelming when you would go through the pages as there's lot to digest.

It's a fake copy of the original book available elsewhere. Lot of printing errors and the quality of the paper is not upto the mark.
