This is a good supplement. Good strength and the combination of vitamin K2 is great in order to help absorption. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent product which really works. I improved the way I feel within a week of taking. Very potent formula. Personally I take 2 pills with a a thick layer of butter. Keep on mind it won't be absorbed without sufficient amount of fat taken with it. One of very few brands that I trust.

I've been taking these supplements for half a year, am about to purchase my next batch. Context. Before these supplements I was on Vitamin D 20 000mg for about 8 months. Suffice to say I've had a problem with my vitamin D levels, I have blood tests done often and finally my consultants are happy with my levels.The tablets are tasteless and easy to swallow. Compared to the other brands I've tried this is a doozy. Plus I take a bundle of other medication every day and I'm functioning as well as can be.If it's a concern then you really should talk to your GP because 4 000ui is a lot daily unless your body needs it.

I bought this supplement as advised by a doctor and tried to find the most effective form however I didn't feel any different and blood tests are pretty much the same. No side effects as well.
