Excellent product, good value for money, very well made, easy to assemble and looks great. Arrived on date committed.I had one issue, there should have been 22 bolts and 22 nuts inside a sealed plastic bag which was located inside the carton, however there was only 21 of each. This meant I could not complete assembly of the product.I must stress this was NOT the fault of the seller, it was obvious that the carton was 100% sealed as it had been when shipped from the original manufacturer.I contacted the seller (OGS) via email and they reacted immediately maintaining excellent communication throughout posting the missing bolts/nuts the same day. They arrived as promised and I was able finish the assembly.Well done James!I really appreciated the after sales service and support provided and I would have no hesitation in recommending this seller but also this product in the knowledge that should anything go wrong OGS will quickly and effectively fix it.

Assembly was easy enough just make sure before you bolt up that you have the holes in two of the three main basket pieces opposite so the handles are I correct position.Started to rust a few days later but most of these do and can be repainted if needed. But works extremely well.

I bought this primarily to burn confidential documents and flammable garden rubbish.It arrived in a sturdy box flat -packed as usual and components in polybags.Assembly is pretty easy but my only criticism is that the nuts and bolts were really smaller than needed.I used a suitable washer under each bolt head and nut and that did the trick.An open ended spanner and cross-head screwdriver were used in the assembly and the result was a very sturdy and well made fire basket which could also be used as a patio heater and a barbeque.I've found the little packs of nuts,bolts,washers etc from Silverline very useful,time and again and no,I don't work for them either! The issue with the nuts and bolts is my only reason for a 4 star review,I'de really give it 4*5 if I could.

Excellent piece of kit, very sturdy, very good value for money

The Firebasket looks very nice when put together...BUT the quality is not that good and it arrived with bits of paint missing and shoddy welding....also the base plate was very dented. Overall it was worth what I paid for it but not any more.

The size of the brazier is ok, putting it together took a while, the instructions aren't much help and you will need your own tools. I noticed that the welds on each rib were spot welded ? also not the sturdiest and could tip over if you have too much in the fire so beware full.

We were looking for an alternative to a garden waste burner as those bins are so ugly. This is multipurpose as it can be used to burn the garden waste, confidential documents, act as a garden heater, and a barbecue.It is good quality. Unpacked and assembled by myself in < 35 minutes. The instructions are very simple to follow. I'm very happy with this product.

Fair sized fire pit big enough for our garden. Good heat we used smoke free logs.
