Digital Antenna
It was easy to assemble and install. The coaxial cable could have been longer but with an extension cable the antenna works perfectly.

Fantastic value for this antenna
We got so many channels now. Everything comes in great. Great reception. Only problem I see is the remote they sent doesn't turn the antenna. But all channels work great.

Great antenna
It was easy to put together. It picked up channels, 57 of them, that I didn't expect to get.

Very disappointed: antenna failed to receive signals from broadcast towers per specifications
I bought this antenna with great expectations. I used LAVA antennas for more than ten years. The first LAVA antenna lasted almost a full ten years before the rotator motor died. It had been wonderful and I was able to receive ALL broadcast stations in Maine, not only those within 30 miles of where I live, but those from southern Maine, the broadcast towers of which are all more than 100 miles away. The new Lava antenna failed. I worked for nearly two months with Lava customer service to try to figure out why the new antenna wouldn't pick-up the relatively near by signals from the NBC affiliate. That signal is the lowest frequency and the new antenna just wouldn't "see" it at all. That antenna JUST DOESN'T WORK.I bought this 5 Star antenna chiefly because of its slightly larger size and antenna component design and placement. The specifications indicated it should work and the added benefit of the rotor is that since some of the signals we were used to receiving were from the opposite direction of others, the results should have been promising. The 5-Star antenna failed just as badly as the LAVA antenna failed. Since I am not an engineer I decided to spend some money and consult with someone who understood all of the physical aspects of over the air tv. The result after lengthy consultation was that while my antenna location and elevation above the ground was fine, the antenna amplfiers in the antennas that I had on hand... a new LAVA antenna AND a 5-Star antenna...were simply not strong enough or of high enough quality to reliably pick up the channels, particularly the low band broadcasts (NBC).So I give up. Despite the excellent results we had originally from 2011-2020, I have come to the decision that these low cost antennas have become of such cheap quality that they are no longer suitable for reliable reception unless one is only a few miles from the broadcast towers. If the antenna is further away from a broadcast tower than ten miles or so, there is no guarantee that it will "see" the television signals.I am returning the 5-Star antenna and I am very disappointed.

Better reception than I expected!
I received the antenna and saved the box. I wasn’t sure I’d like it based on some of the reviews. I’m glad I waited and tried it for myself. I first of all assembled the antenna and hooked it up inside of my house right next to the TV and I received 24 stations. Already better than the cheap antenna that that I bought locally which only received 4 stations depending on the weather. Granted that antenna was $17.So I debated if I wanted to put it in the attic or outside of the house. I watched a video from the Antenna Man who convinced me in his YouTube video that an outside would be better, so I went outside and figured out a good place to mount it on a facia board. I drilled a hole through the wall and ran the coaxial cable that came with the antenna. I added a ground to the antenna per the antenna man, and when I finally hooked up the coaxial cable to the TV and did the auto program, I was stunned to find 56 channels coming in! Some signals are broadcast in less than Hd signal, but were all a solid signal and Did not get that digital pixelation drop out. I do not have a signal amplifier on but I’m thinking about adding one in. I did add in the supplied splitter and sent signals to two other TVs. They all get excellent pictures and to my amazement, my tv in my downstairs even received some additional channels that the upstairs tv did not. I suspect that tuner is more sensitive. I’m not an expert installer. I think I need a taller pole because if I were to rotate the antenna now it may hit the roof, but with this many tv stations, I may just leave well enough alone. Incidentally, I figured out how to delete those stations I don’t want so it is almost better than having cable tv. For reference, I’m about 20 miles out of a decent sized city in Oregon. In Los Angeles, I used to get over 200 channels over the air but I watched about 10 of them.Hope this review helps you all enjoy the free tv signals that are out there. One thing I should mention is watch the guy assembling the antenna video on Amazon. The instructions are not so clear and the pieces do face certain ways. It is easy enough to put thing backwards. I had to correct some wing nuts and the two “tail feather” attachments. I had mine pointing the wrong easement I irate started assembling.

good, not great.
We purchased 2. The antenna for my parents worked as expected. The rotation feature on ours doesn't work. We get the stations I need, so I'll keep it. I was hopeful that it would be problem free. I see that others have the same issue. It does provide a clear picture. Most antennas are 50+ miles from our house and we are surrounded be trees.

Working great so far
I purchased this antenna mainly to have access to ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX since it is football season and I cut my cable subscription off 6 months ago. Assembly and mounting the antenna was straightforward. I did have a bit of trouble with the remote that controls the movement of the antenna, but it turned out to be user error - not a fault of the equipment. I have only had it connected for a couple of weeks and I mainly use it on the weekends to watch football games, but so far, I am very pleased with the reception as can be seen in the attached photos.
