I love the results from my drag bit. After using it for a few acrylic carvings, the tip came off. I contacted the seller and they immediately said they would send a new one. They also gave me a little education on which bits to use. If you're buying this to carve acrylic, buy the 90° instead. Great American company and quick to respond and back their products.

Great, sturdy product! Replacement tips are available when needed. That is a huge bonus to just be able to replace the tip. Some other brands have had reviews of the tip breaking very quickly. About 1 month into it, and no issues. Product is also backed up with excellent customer service! Not something you always find.

I used this bit for the first time yesterday and after finishing my first engraving on glass I set up the next project and it would barely mark the surface. Using a microscope I noticed the tip already had a chip in it. Gonna try to find a better quality diamond drag bit.
