1-2 pills have restored my mood balance. It's subtle enough that it doesn't interfere with focus or daily activity, but strong enough to cause a shift in perspective where 30 min after taking it, I can notice myself getting less emotionally upset by minor annoyances and/or unpleasant situations. And have always been pleased with the quality of Swanson products.

It works ok. Id say take recommended amount and then see how body adjust to it. Helps with mood

To be honest, My husband bought this at the beginning, but he said it did nothing to him. But works for me. I always take one before I go to bed, and I feel relaxed and sleep well. So it depends :)

I took this to relax and feel more peaceful, but i can't say that it has helped.

I don’t recommend this. I don’t drink and was looking for something to take in the evenings to help me relax after a busy day. I felt this had the opposite effect and sent my brain into overdrive and the next day I felt fried and almost hungover. No part of the experience was enjoyable and I tried it on two separate occasions with the same results.

It's just another pill to take, but I haven't noticed any difference at all. I've had both larger and smaller capsules so I would call these medium. It does look like a greenish powder inside of the capsules. There is no taste or smell to them so they're easy to take.I don't have a lab so I can't test them to know if they have what it says it has in it. The FDA doesn't test these, there's no oversight and the industry is supposed to police itself.So there's no other way than taking it to know if there's a difference. The placebo effect can make about 30% of the people feel better with a sugar pill, and I didn't even get a benefit from the placebo effect 🤷🏻‍♂️. Just nothing. On the first day I didn't notice a difference, and on the last day there was no noticeable difference, the days after they were all taken I didn't feel a difference.The entire industry fought oversight and even with 3rd party testing, we can't know if they pulled a random sample off the shelf and properly tested for ingredients and quality or if it was a special bottle supplied by a company. Even then we can't know if it was actually tested or they just get to use the seal if they pay the fee.🤔 This one doesn't say it's laboratory tested, but it does say science backed quality since 1969. But without some type of oversight, random bottles tested, we can never know for sure what's in it. So the only way one can know is if they feel some difference when they take it versus when they don't.So as I've been running out of my supplements I'm no longer reordering unless I see a noticeable difference.

This stuff is great! I did some reading on it and evidently it doesn't help everyone but the ones that do ! Your lucky , fortunately i am one of those lucky people. Do research on this before you get it just to know about it , I definitely recommend this item and brand ! I am totally relaxed and calm and i actually am breathing better too. I seem more mentally alert as well. This is the first time I have tried this and ill be a continuing customer , in fact I just got a second bottle and I have shared info on this item with friends and loved ones.
